AmiCuisine is a catering business owned and operated by Chef Aminata, a graduate with a culinary art degree from the Art Institute of Colorado. Aminata moved to the United States about ten years ago from France, where she was raised. She has also had the opportunity and joy to visit many European countries, as well as destinations such as Korea and India. Having lived in and visited so many countries, Chef Aminata has a knowledge of (and passion for) different cultures and different foods. Her enthusiastic creativity, love for food, and attention to detail give her the ability to design and execute a menu that will capture and exceed your vision.
